Your new role
We have two roles until the 31st of March 2023, which will be based at our Northcote op shop, and will be instrumental in supporting the Hub Coordinator in the daily operations of our new recycling facility.
The role will be focused on maximising the income potential of items supplied from our other shops to identify any that can be sold for recycling or redirected to the Northcote op shop for sale.
When required, you may be asked to support the driver to collect recycling stock from stores and deliver to Northcote in a timely, efficient manner, in accordance with the day’s running sheet or as directed by the Hub Coordinator.

The person we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven ability to provide efficient and effective customer service.
- Be physically fit for repetitive and, at times, heavy lifting
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and autonomously.
- Ability to follow processes and adhere to procedures.
- Ability to display effective personal judgement when working alone.
