Your new role
Working within the People and Strategy Division, you will lead the research, monitoring and evaluation activities across the organisation. You will be responsible for the ongoing implementation and improvement of our Service Model Evaluation Framework and will also project manage other key strategic projects.

Your day-to-day
In this part-time role (30.4 hours per week) you will work on a variety of interesting research topics and may interact with other organisations in the homelessness sector as well as government. You will love analysing data and producing insights that can inform Management and the Board of the effectiveness of our programs.
You will be able to quickly understand the requirements of our programs to ensure that our systems and reports provide the information they need in a timely manner. You will have very good technical skills and may even have CRM experience.
We're looking for someone with
- Proven research, monitoring and evaluation experience in the community sector
- Previous project management experience
- Excellent reporting and data analysis skills
- A self-starter who can engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Confident with preparing and delivering presentations to senior management
