Your new role
Our Clinical Care team provides high quality effective support for the clients in our Residential Service. The Registered Nurse will supervise care staff and liaise with all Allied Health providers to provide holistic care for the residents of Sacred Heart Community.

Your day-to-day
A typical night will involve clinical handovers with your colleagues, supervising care staff, undertaking clinical assessment and care planning and case coordination to meet the diverse needs of the residents, maintaining relationships with GPs, mental health services and other external health care providers . Undertaking assessment and documentation to support ACFI funding.
We're looking for someone
- Who is able to effectively respond to the needs of younger people who live with mental illness and have experienced trauma and homelessness.
- With a minimum of one year post graduate experience
- With experience in Aged Care
- Who is motivated, keen to learn, team focused and with strong interpersonal skills
- Who demonstrates compassion and a commitment to social justice
