Your future workplace
Many people know Sacred Heart Mission for our work to end homelessness and disadvantage. We are also proud to operate Sacred Heart Community (SHC), a 97-bed specialist residential aged care service providing a permanent home for people who have experienced homelessness, deep disadvantage and social exclusion.
Our residents have diverse and complex health, psychosocial and care needs, including younger people whose circumstances may not fit the traditional model of aged care. Our approach goes beyond clinical care. We create a home where people feel safe, respected and valued, with dignity, choice, connection and wellbeing at the centre of everyday life.
At Sacred Heart Mission, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life. Join us and make a meaningful difference as part of a welcoming, supportive organisation with a big heart.
Your new role

As Residential Manager, you'll lead a specialist model of care that puts dignity, connection and belonging at the heart of residents' lives, while ensuring the service delivers high-quality, trauma-informed care and strong operational performance.
