Your day-to-day

Rooming House Plus Program is an innovative housing support program providing support and case management to people who have experienced homelessness. In your new role you will:

  • Assist residents to engage with current supports such as; NDIS, Area mental health services and Community health services.
  • Provide support and case coordination for residents, assistance to attend house activities and groups, external supports.
  • Foster and develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the program
  • Ensure services are delivered to clients using social inclusion and trauma informed principles

We're looking for a candidate who is

  • Able to work across a wide variety of shifts.
  • Available to work a minimum of 1 Sleepover shift per week across a 7-day roster.
  • Experienced in effectively responding to challenging behaviours and crisis situations.
  • Team focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work alongside the team with strong relationship skills

  • Hourly rate of $39.82 - $42.70 dependant on experience.
