Your new role
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Store Assistant – Drivers to join our op shop team. This is a hands-on and varied role supporting both in-store retail operations and the movement of stock and donations across our store network.
You’ll work across multiple store locations and may undertake both store-based shifts and transport or logistics shifts depending on operational requirements. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, staying active and being part of a fast-moving retail environment.

Your day-to-day
No two days are the same. Depending on your rostered shift, you may be:
- Sorting, preparing and pricing donated clothing and homewares
- Creating an inviting and well-presented shop floor
- Providing friendly and engaging service to donors and customers
- Operating the point of sale and assisting with opening or closing the store
- Supporting stock movement between stores to keep shops fresh and well stocked
- Collecting or delivering donations and sold items across the network
- Contributing to the energy and atmosphere that makes our stores unique
This is an active role that involves manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods.
We're looking for someone who
- Enjoys retail, fashion, sustainability or second-hand culture
- Has a good eye for quality and presentation
- Provides warm and professional customer service
- Is reliable, flexible and comfortable working across different store locations
- Enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment
- Is confident working independently when required
- Holds a current Australian driver’s licence
- Is physically capable of lifting and moving stock safely
