Your new role

Sacred Heart Mission (SHM) is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive continuous improvement and clinical & care governance across the organisation. As Manager, Quality, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and embedding a culture of excellence and innovation.

About You

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking leader with:

  • Extensive experience in quality systems, clinical and care governance, and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and participant outcomes.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit, aged care or community services sector (highly regarded).

We're looking for someone who can 

  • Lead the development and implementation of SHM’s quality frameworks, systems, and processes.
  • Chair the Quality Working Group and collaborate with aligned working groups (e.g., Social Service Standards, Aged Care Reform).
  • Coordinate clinical and care governance, including audits, accreditation, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred services across SHM.
  • Manage serious incident reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure policies and procedures reflect good practice and current legislation.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through quality reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and participant-centred care.
