Your new role
You will play a key clinical leadership role as the Business Partner, Quality for Sacred Heart Community (residential aged care facility).
Working within a trauma-informed setting, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, effective improvement programs that meets the standards of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Your day-to-day
Sitting in our Transformation and Performance (T&P) Team, you will act as a conduit between T&P and Aged Care to deliver strong clinical quality outcomes.
Using your expertise in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, you’ll help implement actions to progress SHM’s Provider Readiness Plan for the strengthened Aged Care Standards.
You will lead and contribute to quality improvement projects and the development of best-practice, evidence-based care models. Your work will span projects and procedures, risk management, health and safety activities, and quality system improvements — while building trusted relationships with frontline staff and teams across Sacred Heart Community.
We're looking for someone with
- Strong experience in clinical quality in residential aged care setting and NDIS, including proven skills in compliance, audit, and quality reporting.
- Current AHPRA registration and Nursing (RN Div1) qualifications.
- Demonstrated policy and process improvement/project management skills.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and provide coaching and guidance to staff.
- A flexible, creative and team-player mindset.
