As we bring our Strategy 2030 to life, Sacred Heart Mission is building an agile, high-performing organisation that’s future ready.
As part of our evolving People and Culture team, the People Services Coordinator (Systems and Data) plays a key role in supporting smooth and efficient employee lifecycle processes at Sacred Heart Mission. You’ll be the go-to for our People and Culture systems, data integrity and reporting, and driving continuous improvement projects.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across People and Culture, Payroll, and Volunteer Services to ensure our systems and records are accurate, accessible, and aligned to our mission and values.

Your day-to-day
- Administering and implementing systems, data and reporting improvements across HRIS, Learning & Development and Time and Attendance applications.
- Creating meaningful workforce reports and analysing metrics and sharing the trends and findings.
- Working closely with Payroll to ensure employee information is aligned and accurate.
- Supporting the development of self-service resources and guides.
- Managing key employee processes including pay point progressions, leave liability and other administrative duties.
- Contributing to broader team improvement projects and team strategies under strategy 2030.
We're looking for someone with
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in HR administration or data administration.
- High level skills in Excel and Office Suite (Experience in Humanforce is a bonus!)
- Skills in organisation, managing competing priorities and attention to detail.
- A proactive, inclusive and compassionate approach to system improvements and reporting.
