As the Team Leader - People Services, you'll supervise two specialist Coordinator roles within the People Services Team. You’ll drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and the delivery of practical, human-centered people processes that are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with our values.

Your day-to-day
- Providing expert guidance and support to Coordinators across recruitment, systems, and day-to-day operations.
- Overseeing general queries directed to People Services and delivering prompt, high-quality responses.
- Overseeing an effective self-service experience, ensuring workforce members have access to the information relevant to them.
- Working closely with P&C Business Partners, Payroll and the Volunteer Team and ensuring the development of consistent, effective and people centered processes and improvements.
- Ensuring the efficient and employee-supported management of Workcover claims, in collaboration with the RTW Coordinator.
- Contributing to team planning and the delivery of strategic priorities aligned to Strategy 2030.
We're looking for someone with
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience.
- A strong person centered and digital mindset, with experience designing and improving systems of work and process improvement.
- Extensive experience in leading teams.
- Expertise with employment laws, awards, enterprise agreements, and regulations.
- The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders over a diverse range of programs.
- A proactive, inclusive and compassionate approach to employee engagement.
