Your new role
This role falls within the Transformation and Performance Unit (T&P), and as the Data and Administration Assistant you will maintain timely and accurate data entry required to capture, examine and report on aspects of our Services.
This opportunity is available as a parental leave max-term part-time role, working 3 days per week (flexible days), with the expected end date being 22 May 2026. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to come on board and help keep everything running smoothly!

Your day-to-day
- Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and government databases with accurate information in a timely manner.
- Provide a variety of administrative supports to the Coordinator and overall T&P team.
- Managing administration for reporting systems, including access and information gathering.
- Completing organisational tasks such as creating and maintaining the on-call roster.
We're looking for someone with
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, multi-task and resolve administrative problems.
- Confidence working independently from a home office.
- Able to communicate effectively to a wide array of SHM staff, across a diverse range of programs.

- Social and Community Services Employee Level 2 - $34.42 - $37.55 per hour (pay point dependent on experience and qualifications).
