Your new role
We have an incredible full-time opportunity for a General Supportive Housing Case Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team until 30th June 2025!
Come join our team who are dedicated to ending homelessness and work towards that by focusing on participants in a person-centered outreach capacity across the inner metro area.

Your day to day
A typical day in this role involves managing a caseload entirely in an outreach capacity. You'll work closely with fellow team members, the Women's Supportive Housing Team, and external agencies. You’ll coordinate and monitor caseloads, help participants achieve their goals, and empower them to secure and maintain long-term housing stability. Each interaction you have will be focused on supporting participants to build sustainable, life-changing housing outcomes.
Essentials for success
- An appropriate degree qualification relevant to community services (Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology).
- A passion for sustaining tenancies and ending homelessness in Melbourne.
- Great with time-management and highly organised.
- Ability to adapt to participants' needs effectively and include the voice of the participant while collaborating with different services.
- Experience in the supportive housing and homelessness space (desirable, other areas may be considered).
You can look forward to
- Maximum term full-time role until 30 June 2025.
- Social and Community Services Employee Level 4, $44.37 - $47.75 (Pay point dependent on qualifications and experience).
