Your new role
Sacred Heart Mission is entering an exciting new chapter with Strategy 2030, focusing on expanding its reach and deepening its impact. A key part of this work is focusing on workplace culture and connection, ensuring the People and Culture (P&C) team can support and drive Sacred Heart Mission's strategic goals.
As the People and Culture Business Partner you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to establish strong relationships with program leaders with a primary focus on providing dedicated support to our Aged Care facility, with exciting opportunities to expand and engage with a broader client group in the future.

Your day-to-day
- Providing expert advice to program leaders on employee relations issues.
- Reviewing and developing P&C policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure best practice across the organisation.
- Supporting the People Services team to deliver polished workforce planning and recruitment.
- Providing practical support to program leaders focused on staff wellbeing, development and performance.
- Collaborating with the wider People and Culture team on implementing strategic work in line with Strategy 2030.
We're looking for someone with
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management or similar field.
- Extensive experience in the provision of support and advice on performance management and employee issues.
- Expertise with employment laws, awards, enterprise agreements, and regulations.
- The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders over a diverse range of programs.
- A proactive, inclusive and compassionate approach to employee engagement.
