Your new role

Our Clinical Care team provides high quality effective support for the clients at Sacred Heart Community. We have part-time opportunities for the role of Enrolled Nurse who will support and work with care staff to provide holistic care to residents.

Your day-to-day

  • Providing high quality, responsive and caring nursing services to residents at Sacred Heart Community
  • Undertaking clinical assessment and care planning to meet the diverse needs of the residents. 
  • Maintaining relationships with GPs, mental health services and other external health care providers. 
  • Undertaking assessment and documentation to support ACFI funding. 
  • Working closely with and providing guidance to Personal Care Assistants. 

We're looking for someone

  • With an Enrolled Nurse Medication Endorsed qualification. 
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA). 
  • With proven experience in Aged Care with residents who have experienced mental illness and/or trauma and homelessness. 
  • With proven experience in working within nursing and aged care standards and legislation. 
  • Who is motivated, keen to learn, team focused and with strong interpersonal skills.
