Your new role - Lead the Way to Social Inclusion
Maximum-term contract until 25 July 2025
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of an innovative, evidence-based service model that goes beyond traditional homelessness support. You'll lead a team committed to providing intensive individualised support, help clients secure permanent housing, and build meaningful connections within the community for an improved quality of life.

Your day-to-day
As part of our Journey to Social Inclusion Program, you will spend your days leading a team of Intensive Case Managers, participating in partnership meetings and providing direct support to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to build leadership capacity and continuing to work directly with clients. If you are a natural leader with a strong background in social work or a related field, and you're ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for
- Skilled in managing complex needs and responding to crisis situations with calm and effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in trauma-informed care practices, with a focus on providing empathetic and effective support.
- Open to new ideas and approaches, continually seeking ways to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.
