Your new role
Our Bethlehem Community Program offers a needs-based support response for vulnerable women in the community. Our clients are often facing compounding life difficulties such as homelessness, social exclusion, and complex heath issues thus require holistic and individualised assessment to target their specific individual needs.
Support can look like providing nutritious meals, stable long-term accommodation and laundry services. The Wellbeing and Social Inclusion Worker has the important role of developing tailored plans for each client to improve social engagement, self-confidence and overall wellbeing. This entails facilitating group sessions, assessing individual goals, and collaborating within the team and externally to facilitate access to a holistic range of supports.
The role is 15.2 hours per week worked across two days.
